  • Respond to quote requests and inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • Provide, maintain, and bill for services requested by our clients
  • Send support ticket updates and invoices to the client portal and by email
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of our website and portal

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The client portal uses a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in — no analytics or marketing cookies are set.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — our email delivery provider (for sending contact form notifications and invoices) — and only to the extent necessary to provide that service, or when required by law.

We keep client portal records (tickets, invoices, contact details) for as long as needed to support an active client relationship and to meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations. Contact form submissions that don't turn into a project are periodically deleted.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, and access controls on the client portal — to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access.
